Job Summary
The job holder will be responsible for developing and promoting the business in LA, building strong relationships with potential clients, and selling advertising and sponsorship packages across multiple platforms.
Responsibilities
Have a thorough understanding of the industry, business trends/events, and continually monitor competitor/industry developments
Conduct market researches and develop effective sales strategies.
Maintain up to date knowledge of the competitor’s activity.
Develop strategic tactics with potential clients in the market and achieve the set sales target.
Drive revenue growth by building rapport and establishing strong relationships with prospective clients.
Create business plans for new opportunities and develop and execute project plans for the launch of new features
Bring new businesses through partnering with relevant companies to increase revenue and mobile app downloads and meet the set targets.
Come up with solutions to overcome obstacles and ensure targets are met.
Track all clients and opportunities and share weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports.
Coordinate cross-functional teams, and communicate with internal and external parties, while meeting high target
Contribute to the refining of the evolution of the business by researching effective global business models.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or any other related field is required
Over 5 years of media sales experience in a fast-paced and highly competitive business environment in LA
Strong connections with advertising agencies in LA
Sales attitude with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent negotiation and persuasive skills
Ability to build and cultivate strong relationships with external partners
Persistent and entrepreneurial approach
Self-motivated, proactive and highly energetic
Contract length: 12 months
