Role.

You will apply your professional background in People & Change consulting and your specialist consulting skills in organizational change and change management to secure and deliver a range of high-profile client projects across our market sectors, including Energy, Aviation, Rail, Science and Industry, Property and Healthcare.

We provide a dynamic and exciting environment for ambitious and motivated individuals who have a real passion for people consulting and change management and its application within an operations, design and consultancy environment..

Key responsibilities of the role are to:.

Win significant work and develop and manage key client accounts.

Integral to delivery of large-scale projects as a Project Manager or Technical expert.

Be a role model for the junior People & Change consultants within the team.

Be an active part of developing and enhancing our People & Change offer and credibility.

In this role you will be able to develop a wide spectrum of effective relationships.

The mix of work will vary from independent assignments to being part of a larger consulting team or client teams.

The role will also involve networking across the business to identify new opportunities for working collaboratively on projects, therefore, good interpersonal relationships are important with effective team working skills being essential.

Your ability to communicate and influence at multiple levels is a key requirement as you will need to establish, foster and maintain relationships with people at all levels in the business internally and externally..

Requirements and skills.

Essential Skills and Knowledge:.

Strong knowledge, skills and experience in the area of People Consulting and transformational change.

Significant experience of working in a consulting environment in the area of transformational change within at least 2 of the key market sectors listed above.

Ability to work autonomously.

Ability to play a leadership role and be part of a growing team.

Ability to work to strict client deadlines.

Adopt an organized, methodological and creative approach to problem solving and decision-making.

Strong written and oral communication skills.

Ability to build and maintain client relationships.

Strong commercial awareness and acumen.

Track record of successful project delivery and work winning.

Highly effective at building and sustaining client relationships.

Desirable Skills and Experience:.

Experience in the application of data and digital tools to organizational change projects and programs.

Experience in broad range of people and change projects and programs with a range of methodologies.

Experience of significant service or method development.

Qualifications:.

Degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline.

The growing Operations Consulting team in Los Angeles comprises of approximately 4 members, working closely with our teams in NYC and Toronto.

Our office in Los Angeles is made of up approximately 250 employees working in open plan, built with the latest sustainable technologies and provide a lively and engaging work environment..

This role can be based in our Los Angeles, San Francisco or Seattle offices and will include regular coordination across offices in North America and globally..
