– along with a book of business in the restoration industry.

What You’ll Get:

Base Salary (DOE) with 90k-150k Quarterly Sales bonus based on Sales, profitability, and drive Paid Time Off Health Benefits Work from home three days then two days in the office

What We’re Looking For:

5+ years of successful outside sales experience in the Disaster Restoration Industry is a must, along with a strong business book.

5+ years of experience with relationship selling to property managers, facility managers, construction companies, building engineers, adjusters, and agencies Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing or related field with bachelor’s degree preferred Provide detailed annual sales forecasts for all regions
– we have a presence in Texas, San Francisco and Vegas Work closely with Sales team to close new business meetings Superior networking skills & presentation skills A leader that is self-motivated, responsible, positive, accountable, and wears a smile Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening Lead market/client development and participate in closing strategic opportunities.

Provides intelligence to support pricing strategy Participates in the legal and contractual review Travel as needed/expected
– flying to San Francisco and Las Vegas is required Be able to close profitable jobs with all types of customers

– Build quick relationships, develop trust and ensure prospective clients become clients
· along with driving new business Participate in appropriate Industry association events like BOMA and IFMA Assist in overall company marketing events, functions (Sporting Events, Trainings, Seminars, and Trade Shows, Industry association events Manage sales pipeline, document client interactions, and track action items/follow-ups Develop client contact points, and utilize Superdry’s ZOHO CRM system for communication, documentation

Competitor Knowledge:

Identify and research competitors Understand strengths and weaknesses of competitors Lead effective teaming strategies when appropriate Inform win strategy development based on competitive intelligence
