Objectives · PASA wants to build an ecosystem consisting of enterprises in technology, partners in tech, government agencies, banks, co-working, professional services, etc. The identification of promising companies for our technology and business transfer program is critical to the success of PASA to guarantee the evolution of the waste management in the Latam region. · Build a broad ecosystem across tech community, investors and PASA activities. · Identify and validate new business and transfer opportunities in collaboration with the rest of the innovation team. · Lead the value creation process and activities from end to end and engage directly with the companies to identify joint projects and continual support opportunities. · Develop and execute scouting activities for waste management and sustainability technology companies and create deal flow. · Conduct interdisciplinary evaluation of transfer opportunities · Develop appropriate strategies to reach key stakeholders · Ability to think strategically and to shape and build a market that does not yet exist · Work according to guidance from executive team to meet deliverables (e.g. partner, acquisition, collaboration mechanism)Required profile:· Minimum 5 years’ experience in one of a combination of the following fields: project management, corporate innovation, business development. · Ability to interact with C-Level and to develop strong relationships at all organizational levels · Self-starter with strong analytical problem-solving ability · Experience in a start-up, consulting, investment banking or VC a plus, but not required. · Technical background in sustainability, environment, or waste management applications is a plus. · Strong personal network in the waste management, renewable and environmental industry. · Excellent communication, time-management, and ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects · Bachelor required, Master preferred or equivalent experience. · Advanced MS Office skills (esp. Excel and PowerPoint) · Proven business development track record and the ability to demonstrate past achievement in this regard.
