Business Development Manager

OYO today operates in over 800 cities in 80 countries, including the U.S., Europe, U.K., India, Middle East, Southeast Asia, and Japan.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Plan & oversee business development efforts for assigned areas with a goal to on-board hotel on to OYO hotel chain and network
  • Identify potential hotel lead generation sources and pitch OYO’s partnership proposal to the hotel owners
  • Negotiate OYO’s commercial agreement with interested hotel owners and sign-up their hotels
  • Strengthen relationship with existing hotel owners & other relevant stakeholders
  • Collaborate with other teams in OYO such as transformation, operations,

marketing, pricing, customer support, finance etc.

SKILLS REQUIRED

  • 5+ years of experience in sales / business development / Market Executive / Sales Executive preferable
  • Strong analytical skills, target oriented and ability to structure / negotiate large and complex business deals
  • Mature, professional and has ability to build and maintain strong business relationships with clients
  • High degree of ownership, roll-up-your-sleeve attitude & willingness to get task completed
  • Comfortable working in cross-functional setups and collaborate with multiple teams locally as well as globally
  • Experience in early-stage startup environments preferred
  • Local geographical area knowledge and able to converse in local is highly preferred

OTHER REQUIREMENT

  • Self starter is a must, this position required to make cold calls and client visits
  • This position come with target setting and monthly performance evaluation
