Business Process Specialist – Position Description
*Hybrid – days in office are Wednesday and Thursday*
Overall Responsibilities:
You will provide analytical and operational support for the Partnership Enablement team by acting as a “Portfolio Coordinator”. You will manage ongoing, time-sensitive, requests for editing and managing portfolio data in internal systems (e.g. updating operational targets, bulk editing portfolios, and adjusting OKR targets within Operations dashboards), and working with cross-functional teams to resolve any resultant data discrepancies.
You are an independent, solution-oriented, organized, and process-driven individual with exceptional communication skills and hands-on experience in a highly variable, fast-paced environment.
Top 3 Daily Responsibilities:

  • Manage metadata cleanup activities in Salesforce
  • Support communications process for new feature launches and account transitions
  • Create and update documentation for communications process
  • Required Skills/Qualifications:

  • BA/BS Degree, or equivalent experience, with emphasis on work of a quantitative nature.
  • 4 years of relevant experience
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM
  • Strong oral and written communication skills. Experience collaborating effectively with multiple stakeholders and teams.
  • Demonstrated problem solving aptitude, including working with others to quickly reach sustainable resolutions.
  • Nice to Have Skills/Qualifications or Not Required:

  • Google Sheets or MS Excel
  • Experience in workflow management, structuring service queues across intake channels
  • Excellent teamwork skills, flexibility, and ability to handle multiple concurrent tasks.
