Business Process Specialist – Position Description
*Hybrid – days in office are Wednesday and Thursday*
Overall Responsibilities:
You will provide analytical and operational support for the Partnership Enablement team by acting as a “Portfolio Coordinator”. You will manage ongoing, time-sensitive, requests for editing and managing portfolio data in internal systems (e.g. updating operational targets, bulk editing portfolios, and adjusting OKR targets within Operations dashboards), and working with cross-functional teams to resolve any resultant data discrepancies.
You are an independent, solution-oriented, organized, and process-driven individual with exceptional communication skills and hands-on experience in a highly variable, fast-paced environment.
