Brand Manager II – Global Marketing, Unpublished Game

As a Brand Manager for the global Action publishing team, you will report to the Director, Brand Management.

You will help guide our brand and marketing strategy, while leading and working with teams of creatives, producers, designers and agency partners to create and deploy industry-leading campaigns. You will partner with the creative and communications teams in developing brand strategy, campaign planning, campaign management and creative stewardship. You love to push convention and have an inspiring spirit. You accept the unknown and you’re able to come up with groundbreaking projects to take our relationship with players to the next level. You will oversee one or multiple streams of work building marketing campaigns that achieve results for the Action games category.

Responsibilities

  • Work with the game team and publishing team members to architect global Go To Market, branding and comms strategies resulting in inspirational campaign experiences
  • Help develop and then communicate the brand’s core vision and promise to all partners responsible for product and creative development
  • Partner with Insights team on research programs and provide analysis that informs publishing decisions and strategies
  • Author and submit creative briefs, project tracking and maintaining deliverable dates to ensure delivery of global marketing materials that are on message and brand
  • Summarize performance data, to identify opportunities and challenges, then create strategies to achieve results
  • Be the point person between our local teams and regional offices to ensure there is always transparency into progress and the team is aware of any regional specific nuances that the central team will need to account for

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in brand management or agency equivalent role
  • Experience building successful marketing campaigns
  • Experience in mining audience insights and translating them into relevant creative briefs
  • Experience giving and taking constructive creative feedback
  • Experience working with multiple teams and partners
  • Experience working with agencies or creative partners to achieve successful results
  • Experience launching console or mobile games

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience in live services marketing
  • Experience taking a product or service from consumer insights, to player journey, through ideation and finally to market
  • Passion for gaming and understanding global gaming marketing trends
