Parker & Lynch has partnered with a well-respected Mortgage Lender based out of Los Angeles, CA that’s looking for a Branch Sales Manager to join the team ASAP.

This position is in-office and a great opportunity to work with well-established and goal-oriented team.

The Branch Manger’s primary responsibilities will include to supervise two or more Loan Officers.

Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws.

Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees.

Responsibilities
Coach Loan Officers on sales techniques and focus on increasing levels of business Review the PTC report Review and monitor the Production Summary report Review the Lock Expiration reports along with the Overage/Concessions report Day-to-day problem solving with Loan Officers Train Loan Officers Spend time in building sales offices Track application capture rate Lead weekly Loan Officer meeting Attend weekly meeting with the builder Track closing capture rate Recruiting Review customer surveys with Loan Officers Attend Realtor functions Review performance of the Loan Officers
Job Requirements:
Manage and lead the commercial sales team Develop branch-level sales plans and forecasts to meet objectives Make TruGreen an employer of choice and a great place Attaining all sales goals and branch revenue objectives Participate in daily branch operations Train staff at the branch Oversee the branch audit processes Manage branch sales force to maximize profits and minimize expenses Ensure the achievment of branch sales/profit goals Distribute financial information to key branch management Coaching and developing branch staff Lead the branch team to assure top quality sales and service of current and prospective branch customers Establish and manage branch budget effectively to ensure branch growth and profitability Coordinate new hire on-boarding with branch management for new sales hires Charged off accounts for the branch Assign sales territory to sales personnel Develop and lead a successful branch sales and support team Provide a paid mortgage sales training program Assist all outside branch sales representatives in overall machine efforts Use information from branch performance plan system to determine branch activities for profitability
