Blocked Accounts Contract Manager – Charlotte or Oakland

Job Description: REQUIRED SKILLS Experience of running contract negotiations/contract and legal knowledge Accuracy and ability to work under pressure Paralegal or technical training on contracts Broad knowledge of and comfort working with complex legal documentation (contracts) Excellent analytical, verbal and written communications skills.

Comfortable representing the bank in communications with associates, clients and internal/external counsel at all levels of management.
