They are looking for a strong and experienced Audit Manager, ideally with experience in one or more of the following industries: Manufacturing & Distribution, Real Estate, Construction, or Service Industry.
Responsibilities:
- Create budgets for and accurately bill different client projects
- Work closely with the engagement partner along with other staff to help meet the expectations of the client
- Train and mentor new and existing staff members through continuous review and feedback
- Assume responsibility for planning, supervising, and completing projects
- Present audit reports, including audit findings and recommendations
- Develop an understanding of the client’s business and thoroughly address the needs and concerns of the client
- Remain up to date on pertinent rules and regulations, best practices, and audit tools/technique
- Develop new client contacts and relationships beneficial to the firm
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field
- CPA certification
- Minimum of 6 or more years of experience
- Demonstrated ability for leadership and development
- Must have excellent project and time management skills
