We have an immediate opening for a dynamic, fun, employee development specialist to manage a brand-new location. As a Wireless Retail Store Manager, you will develop, lead and inspire a team of diverse, energetic and goal-oriented sales associates. Your role includes being a brand ambassador for AT&T and Diversity Wireless for the community in which your location serves. Our lucrative Wireless Retail Store Manager program not only prepares you for your next step within Diversity Wireless, but it also provides incredible earnings in both a base pay, sales commissions, and store performance bonuses.

YOUR workday looks like this:

Inspire your store associates to deliver the best customer experience imaginable by leading them in a positive and professional manner
Develop your team of superstars so they can deliver exceptional results for the customers and themselves
Drive sales and productivity goals by managing to the sales process, by executing sales and promotional plans, and by community outreach and promotional events
Ensure store appearance guidelines and operational effectiveness of your Diversity Wireless location
Plus, other tasks and duties you would expect as a Wireless Retail Store Manager

This is all YOU need to succeed:

2 or more years of Management Experience in retail and or wireless retail sales is a must-have
2 year or more of higher education
Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred
Ability to lift, push or pull up to 50 lbs
Proven track record of employee development and sales goal attainment
Strong communications, mathematics and computer use skills
Availability to support retail hours including nights, weekends and holidays
The ability to inspire your team and a passion for delivering incredible customer experience.
