Our Tech client in Redmond is looking for a REMOTE Sales Ops Program manager with the following qualifications.
Please apply directly if interested!The successful candidate for the Sales Ops Program Manager position will be responsible for:A wide variety of administration tasks required to carry out Sales Operations responsibilitiesBeing the point of contact for our team, triaging enquiries from across the company to ensure resolution is reachedWorking closely with the Sales team worldwide to maximize revenue by helping the Sales team to operate as efficiently as possible, and using management information effectively to determine potential future revenue opportunitiesProviding the conduit between the Sales and Procurement teams to ensure that our processes are followed correctly for order approval, and orders are entered correctly in our online systemsEnsuring the correct revenue information (including information about future revenue events such as maintenance renewal, software licensing etc) is entered correctly in our online systems with sufficient detail of each deal included to allow appropriate financial analysisWorking closely with others in the team and the wider organization to ensure that our systems and processes are efficient and scalableBeing on call to assist with quarter end and year end bursts of sales activity to ensure the company reaches its sales targetsUnderstanding our standard pricing tables and assisting the sales team in producing accurate quotes using Salesforce and CPQ toolsCommunicating with the Sales team on dynamically changing requirements, especially at quarter end boundariesAssisting with consolidating revenue and equipment forecast information from the Sales team.Getting involved in Finance queries and acting as our POC for Finance queriesRamping up on revenue recognition and invoicing queries to help us with that volumeQualifications/experienceFor this position, we need someone whois degree qualifiedideally has experience in an administratively focused role (as would sales and revenue experience, but this is not essential as full training is provided in house)is quick, bright, talented and adaptablehas a very strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes quickly and accuratelyis good at spotting and implementing process improvementshas strong communication skills, both written and spokenenjoys interaction with a global sales force, in many cases over different time zones.Schedule M-F 9-5:30, some flexibility on hours but overlap for meetings and collaboration is required.

Customer Facing or sales operations experience (1-3 years of experience)3.
Experience working with numbers, spreadsheets, Excel or finance (1-3 years of experience)4.
