The Associate Product Manager, Digital Content is a scientific and technical content creator, writer and editor who optimizes customer-facing digital content thereby contributing to the overall digital marketing strategy.
This position will be responsible for execution of the Cell and Protein Consumable web content development strategy, search engine optimization (SEO) and product listings on third party websites.

This role will partner with Product Management, Market Development and eBusiness teams for successful execution.
The ideal candidate possesses a strong scientific background along with a talent for crafting & coordinating scientific and marketing content to make it accessible and engaging to customers.
What will you do?
Collaborate with Product Management, Marketing, R&D and web teams to build an integrated and customer-centric web experience
Find opportunities to improve scientific and technical content, drive updates through content refresh and development processes
Maintain and update product digital marketing assets (data, images, videos, citations, etc.) for SEO
Use web analytics to track improvements and uncover relevant insights, content gaps and opportunities for improvement
Use voice of customer and scientific knowledge to make improvements to the customer experience and presentation of content
How will you get here?
Education
BS in a Life Science subject area
Experience
1-2 years of product management, marketing, or R&D experience
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
Excellent communication skills – written, verbal, and presentation
Keen attention to detail and a high regard for quality
Able to establish relationships, influence others, and work effectively with colleagues across multiple locations, functions, and geographies
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and lead multiple projects
