ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Organize /facilitate project meetings, starting from kickoff to final punch list. Stakeholders present include: client, architects, operators, food service consultants, internal PM peers, etc.
Assist food design managers with day to day queries/issues/concerns.
Produce comprehensive meeting notes, drawing mark-ups, and follow-up communication reports from specific food team lead meetings.
Coordinate Food Design Team related activities on the account including consolidating any comments from the operations team.
Reporting and managing project related data, i.e number of projects, values, savings.
Assist in the development and on-going maintenance of Food Design docs, templates, and Food Team Project Drive Folders.
Update and manage project documents for all phases of the project.
Maintain compliance of food design program + ensure timely issuance of required deliverables.
Manage and share project guidelines sites for food design compliance requirements.
Simultaneously manage large numbers and various types of projects and teams, including small/medium size projects (IE: micro kitchens, coffee bars), with minor supervision.
Simultaneously manage multiple and various types of project

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS/BEng/BArch) from College or University and/or equivalent related experience in design (Architecture/Interior). Experience within food service or retail operations and flow either through direct experience or professional design work. Ability to work in a collaborative and fast-paced environment with self-motivation and initiative. Detail oriented with the ability to think, plan and execute on multiple projects in different phases simultaneously, with little direct supervision. PMP (US and/or Canada) and LEED AP preferred. COMMUNICATION SKILLS Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers. Ability to effectively present information. FINANCIAL KNOWLEDGE Requires knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate intermediate figures such as percentages, discounts, and/or commissions. Conducts basic financial analysis. REASONING ABILITY Ability to understand and carry out general instructions in standard situations. Ability to solve problems in standard situations. Requires intermediate analytical and quantitative skills. OTHER SKILLS and ABILITIES Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to read and understand architectural drawings. Working knowledge in MS Project is helpful. Knowledge of leases, contracts, and construction practices preferred. SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITY Decisions made with general understanding of procedures and company policies to achieve set results and deadlines. Errors in judgment may cause short-term impact to co-workers and supervisor.
