About the role
Blueprint Test Preparation is seeking an Associate Brand Manager to assist our Brand Manager on MCAT and a pre-med’s journey to medical school.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing all of the marketing efforts that grow our Study Plan business, including driving free trials, managing the full marketing funnel, blogs, SEO, monthly promotions, emails, as well as managing a robust and extensive brand ambassador program.
This is a full-time position that can either be fully remote or based at our new Los Angeles headquarters (remote during COVID-19) and reports to the Brand Manager of MCAT/Pre-med education.

Responsible for all marketing efforts, and the main marketing manager on this business, but you’ll also be part of a larger team.
Managing the seasonal integrated marketing calendar across all elements of marketing mix, including, content, email, social media, promotions, brand ambassadors, influencers, and advertising to drive measurable business results Managing a large brand ambassador team of pre-med and medical school students Reporting and monitoring marketing KPIs to ensure continued success of conversion funnels; and, to measure the effectiveness of all marketing efforts in order to provide recommendations for future Maintaining the blog, providing direction on new blog articles and working with content writers Coming up with new marketing strategies, ideas & tactics that generate leads, free trials and ultimately increase conversion, driving customer growth.
Keeping tabs on marketing efforts of competitors Preparing and presenting weekly, monthly and quarterly insights to the marketing team, cross functional partners and leadership
We’re excited about you because you have…
2-3+ years relevant work experience in branding, digital & content marketing at an e-commerce or SaaS direct-to-consumer company Knowledge and experience across several areas of Brand marketing (consumer research, marketing plan development, building a brand, positioning, story-telling) Content marketing (maintaining a marketing calendar, website management, SEO, blog management, content generation, running social channels, brand partnerships, event marketing, and influencer marketing).
Understanding of SEM and paid social ads is a plus, but experience executing is not required.
Experience managing brand ambassadors is a huge plus Very good at learning and using new systems and marketing software A passion for education technology and medical/health education An agile, can-do mindset with an action-oriented “roll up your sleeves” approach Strong presentation and communication skills.
Good analytical skills.
