We are experts in marketing properties to tenants, addressing repair challenges, and utilizing the latest technologies in property management to drive success for our plentiful client base.n nWe have just opened up an Assistant Property Manager role to assist with our growth of assets & tenants under management, handle coordination of projects (leases, maintenance requests, etc.) and handle administrative tasks associated with various property manager duties.

Apply if you meet this criterian nBachelors Degree or equivalent work experience plusn 3+ years’ experience in a Property Management administrative or Property Manager role.
MUST have some prior experience in commercial property management, specifically for retail (grocery store chains, coffee shops, neighborhood shopping centers, salons, etc.) Strong administrative skills scheduling, back office support, reports writing, Lease administration experience ability to read, interpret, and manage spreadsheets competently.
Proficient in MS Office, especially MS Excel (graphs/charts) and proficient 50+ WPM typing abilities Experience with property management software (MRI, PVault, and other company-related systems)n Desired but not requiredn Written and verbal bi-lingual skills in English and Spanish Relevant certifications Budgeting & vendor management experiencen We look forward to going into more detail to break down the full job duties and have you meet the team!
