Assistant Project Manager

We are looking for an assistant project manager in a full time position to start as soon as possible.

Major Responsibilities
Use of excellent verbal and written communication, manages multiple projects effectively and meets multiple daily, weekly and monthly deadlines.
Will exercise independent judgement, analytical skills, a detailed understanding of architectural design intent and drawings, and 3-D visualization and problem-solving abilities.
Assist project managers in managing multiple projects simultaneously at various stages of development.
Assist project managers in generating complex quotes based on skilled interpretation of architectural drawings and interaction with designers, contractors, and installers.
Assist project managers data entry into CRM.
Assist project managers with follow up calls on outstanding quotes.
Minimum Job Qualifications:
Provide high quality customer service.
Display interpersonal skills in communicating with clients/customers in a manner that inspires trust and confidence.
Must have the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers and clients/customers.
Ability to read, write and speak in English.
Efficient, time driven and exceptional skill in attention to detail.
Develop proficiency in the use of QuickBooks and other software as needed.

Other programs we use are: Adobe Acrobat and Bluebeam for submittal edits, MS Word and Outlook, some Excel, some Adobe Creative, AutoCAD, and Bitrix as our CRM.
Bachelor of Arts/Science Degree in Design, Construction or related field and/or 1-2 years of training and experience.
Responsible for abiding by all company standards as explained in the Company’s Employee Handbook.

Compensation ranges from $45,000-$50,000 with opportunity for growth and is commensurate with experience.
