Assistant Project Manager, Coordinator
– Top Creator and YEEZY**Purpose**Executes Top Creator and YEEZY Operations projects, oversees product operations performance measures; in addition to supporting the Top Creator and YEEZY POPS Senior Director Development and team.**Key Responsibilities**+ Design and develop educational material and communication for Top Creator and YEEZY POPS teams’ ways of working and onboarding+ Works with Product Creation teams, GOPS Project management and other associates to: design, develop & implement operations process, policy, and procedural improvements.+ Works with Product Creation teams in development and execution of projects across all areas of Top Creator and YEEZY+ Supports the Top Creator and YEEZY POPS teams in pre-meeting preparation and by identifying opportunities to gain efficiencies in the day to day running of the business.+ Supports Top Creator and YEEZY POPS data collection and analysis.+ Execute Top Creator and YEEZY operations performance data and publish results to BU and POPS leadership.**Supplemental Responsibilities**+ Ensures effective communications are established and maintained between the Department Head and adidas departments and facilities.

This person will be responsible for working with internal personnel as well as external vendors.+ Assist with accounting responsibilities to include: code invoices for payment, prepare expense reports in accordance with financial guidelines and reflective of budgetary restraints, process expense reports for payment, process sample invoices, and coordinate with Controlling to ensure all payments are processed accurately.+ Support departmental timelines/deadlines by assisting in all activities as needed.+ Plans meetings, including but not limited to, arrangements for facilities, catering, AV equipment, agendas, scheduling materials preparation and other related services.+ Perform day-to-day administrative support services such as: communications (written, email, telephone, etc.), meeting schedules and facilitation, travel arrangements, calendar, shipping, expense reports and other services.+ Assists in development and maintenance of Top Creator and YEEZY project communication plans and presentations**Key Relationships**Key Relationships across adidas include:+ Top Creator and YEEZY Development Teams (FTW & APP)+ YEEZY FTW Sample Room Team+ Top Creator and YEEZY Marketing / Design Team+ YEEZY Head Office & CtC team+ Top Creator Head Office & CtC team+ Original POPS & Portland Coordinator teams+ Liaison Offices**Knowledge Skills and Abilities**+ Excellent computer skills.

Must display advanced proficiency with MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook and MS Power Point.

Proficient with MS Access database queries.+ Problem solving and analysis skills+ Ability to manage changing priorities+ Understands project management phases and execution requirements+ Excellent verbal and written communications+ Experience in an Operations or Product Development role+ Strong team player with the ability to multi task and can work with diverse groups of people in a productive manner+ Able to manage business relationships in a diverse cultural setting**Qualifications**1.

Bachelor’s degree (BA) from a four-year college or university preferred; or two to four years related experience and/or training; or the equivalent combination of education and experience.At adidas we have a winning culture.
