As an Area Sales Director at Company, you will:
- Interview and train new sales employees, on going care and feeding, and overseeing other onboarding or training tasks as needed
- Plan and execute sales meetings to help provide feedback and sales insights
- Identify both struggling and successful sales initiatives and explore ways to improve on sales metrics
- Utilize business intelligence tools to provide sales insights to marketing and sales staff
- Train, Coach, Mentor and improve sales staff thorough side by side sales. Lead by example and be hands on
You will make a great match if you have:
- 3-5 years experience leading teams of 5-10 sellers selling remotely or over the phone
- Strong communication skills with an ability to communicate across different levels of an organization
- Notable interpersonal skills with a positive demeanor and ability to provide both positive and negative feedback effectively
- Knowledge of or experience with modern sales tools and best practices
- Recruiting background or experience a plus
- Proven track record of forecast accuracy and consistently delivering results.
