Area Director Sales East Coast

Job Description

We are looking for motivated Area Sales Director, East Coast to join our team. You will have an opportunity to be part of a passionate and diverse group – to learn, grow, and make a significant and meaningful impact to a growing product. 

As an Area Sales Director at Company, you will: 

  • Interview and train new sales employees, on going care and feeding, and overseeing other onboarding or training tasks as needed
  • Plan and execute sales meetings to help provide feedback and sales insights
  • Identify both struggling and successful sales initiatives and explore ways to improve on sales metrics
  • Utilize business intelligence tools to provide sales insights to marketing and sales staff
  • Train, Coach, Mentor and improve sales staff thorough side by side sales. Lead by example and be hands on

You will make a great match if you have: 

  • 3-5 years experience leading teams of 5-10 sellers selling remotely or over the phone
  • Strong communication skills with an ability to communicate across different levels of an organization
  • Notable interpersonal skills with a positive demeanor and ability to provide both positive and negative feedback effectively
  • Knowledge of or experience with modern sales tools and best practices
  • Recruiting background or experience a plus
  • Proven track record of forecast accuracy and consistently delivering results.
