We are looking for a growth-oriented marketer with a background in product, digital and acquisition marketing.

You will be responsible for creating and implementing go-to-market brand strategy for Roll by ADP, a new mobile-first payroll product targeting small businesses.

Marketing Strategy : Lead development and execution of business and strategic plans to meet future needs and expectations for Roll by ADP including monitoring market dynamics to develop and/or change strategic and tactical marketing plans Product Marketing: Partner with internal/external partners and conduct research to develop a compelling client insight driven product value proposition, positioning and messaging to be leveraged across all marketing channel activations Go-To-Market: work with technology teams to understand product roadmap and plan marketing strategies for features launches/product enhancement Marketing Innovation: Create non-traditional innovative marketing ideas to drive acquisition Analytics, Budgeting, and Forecasting: Lead budget management (working with centralized budget coordinator), maintain and update forecasts, and analyze data for high level trends throughout the marketing funnel Brand Guidelines: Maintain and update brand guidelines to be leveraged across marketing activations, strategic partnerships and product communication material Ultimately, you will be data driven so that we are constantly testing and learning, collecting data, pivoting quickly to implement what works and continuously trying different things to find more positive business driving initiatives.

Speed to market energy and bias for action is crucial Desired Requirements and Qualifications B2B and/or B2B2C: experience developing and executing marketing strategies for a small business SasS product.

Experience in driving mobile app adoption, a plus.

Product marketing guru: deep product marketing experience.

Experience in developing value prop, positioning and messaging; launching new product/features; customer insight driven strategy, etc.

Strategic marketing thinker and doer: generate and execute on great ideas; extensive success delivering large-scale innovative solutions in a fast-paced dynamic environment, but also has strong attention to detail Demand Generation Master: Extensive experience driving acquisition.

Experience scaling a new product, a plus.

Inspirator: you have a strong creative point of view with proven ability to inspire teams to deliver high-impact work on time, on budget and on brand.

Strong business partner: proven expertise in partnering with IT development, analytics teams, digital marketing, product management, and 3rd party agencies to deliver best in class digital and client experiences that delivers sales The targeted base salary range for this role is listed in the compensation section below.

Actual salary may be above or below this range based on factors such as location, skills, and relevant experience.

In addition, this position may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity, or commissions.

Compensations Range for U.S.

Nevada Residents: $140,000
– $160,000
