Job Requirements:
- Resolve leasing complaints from residents
- Meet or exceed leasing goals
- Create a monthly office-leasing schedule
- Supporting leasing and asset management initiatives with a career path to leasing manager
- Execute leasing activities for assigned properties
- Produce weekly measurable results, including leasing apartments
- Assist in the leasing activities and resident relations
- Assist in the leasing activities and resident relations
- Attend leasing meetings to discuss status of leases
- Negotiate LOI and leases and work with leasing attorney to resolve leasing conflicts
- Understand and qualify all prospective residents and maintains all resident leasing files
- Attend leasing conventions and other industry events
- Distribute communications from the leasing office to residents or organize resident activities
- Perform leasing, marketing, customer service and administrative duties
- Complete all leasing paperwork associated with leasing activity, including rental applications, rental and employment verification
- Maintain professional appearance of self and leasing office
- Establish and maintain existing relationships with leasing and internal customers
- Assist with creation/maintenance of marketing and leasing brochures
- Assist in preparing marketing plans
- Achieve an acceptable leasing closing ratio
