-Resolve leasing complaints from residents
-Meet or exceed leasing goals
-Execute leasing activities for assigned properties
-Produce weekly measurable results, including leasing apartments
-Assist in the leasing activities and resident relations
-Perform leasing, marketing, customer service and administrative duties
-Complete all leasing paperwork associated with leasing activity, including rental applications, rental and employment verification
-Maintain professional appearance of self and leasing office
