Plus Bonuses!Requirements:Must be bilingual in Spanish & EnglishMust have a Valid California Drivers LicenseMust have a minimum 6 months of customer service experience.Leasing or Sales experience is a plusLease apartments to achieve and help maintain maximum occupancy.Ensure model apartments and surrounding areas are lease-ready.Understand lease terms, policies, and procedures.Build a strong resident retention program.Perform administrative tasks related to leasing documentation, move-ins, and reporting.Must be energetic and have strong sales skills.Professional demeanor and excellent communication skills required.
