You will be responsible for leading, developing and mentoring a team of Sr.

Account Managers and Account Managers and actively involved in proactive performance development.

You will function as a liaison between ALC, our clients, and service providers providing guidance, direction, and feedback to ensure consistent service delivery.LocationThe ideal candidate will live in the Southern California area and be available to travel regionally based on needs.What you will do Day-to-DayThis position will focus on executing programs to improve service quality, reduce costs, and increase service productivity as well as manage and problem solve daily workflow challenges.Responsible for overseeing and ensuring the daily service of accounts runs smoothly and are properly managed to meet the daily operational requirements.Responsible for providing guidance, maintenance, and adherence with the Operational Reference Guide (ORG) under the direction of the upper management.Maintains consistent, professional communication with service providers, parents, and on-site school personnel.

Serves as liaison between department/program heads/district executives.Must have the ability to start existing and new accounts within a designated area in one or multiple locations simultaneously.Responsible for reviewing area KPIs and working towards satisfactory level requirementsCommunicates all related to contractual, service, or financial concerns directly to the Regional Director and/or Sr.

Management.Works with Business Development team to develop industry relationships and coordinate retention and growth efforts.May be required to meet with clients to assist with financial and service-related concerns.May be asked by upper management to assist with recruiting and interviewing of new employees.Works directly with Account Managers on performance management issues including corrective actions and terminations.Based on location/operational needs, dependable transportation and frequent travel will be necessary.Duties and responsibilities are not limited to the above descriptions and may change at the discretion of Senior Management.RequirementsProven ability to lead, effectively manage a team, and promote a positive team environment.Project management skills and experience.Financial forecasting skills and experience.Effective planning and priority setting.Ability to manage several complex projects simultaneously while working under pressure to meet deadlines.Strong analytical skills and knowledge of plan designs.Computer proficiency and technical aptitude with the ability to use Microsoft products, including Outlook, Excel, PPT, Word, and experience with navigating vendor management systems.Required CompetenciesBusiness Acumen.Strong Communication Skills.Consultation.Critical Evaluation.Ethical Practice.Global & Cultural AwarenessRelationship Management.Education and Experience:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant years of experience in a professional role.Valid U.S.
