Einstein seeks an experienced, highly motivated fundraising professional to join a growing team as the Senior Director of Major Gifts (Senior Director).
The Senior Director will lead the strengthening, measuring, and expansion of Einstein’s front line fundraising program.
To meet Einstein’s ambitious vision for growth, the candidate will design and implement a strategic fundraising plan which incorporates performance metrics to maximize the efficiency of Einstein’s front line fundraising team.
The successful candidate will manage a portfolio of 75 current, prospective, and lapsed donors with capacity to give six and seven-figure gifts.
S/he will partner with Einstein’s Vice President and Assistant Vice President, Development, to support the cultivation and solicitation of their portfolios to strengthen the relationships these individuals have to the College.
The Senior Director will report to the Vice President of Development.
S/he will lead a team of three fundraising professionals with the opportunity for future growth.
