Essential Functions
AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
IDIQ is seeking a highly successful, energetic, and resourceful Affiliate Marketing Manager who is comfortable in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
This role will help drive the expansion of existing affiliate accounts.
As an Affiliate Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and growing client relationships across multiple verticals and establishing strong connections with media partners & publishers to accelerate expansion.
The main focus of the Affiliate Account Manager role will involve identifying potential new affiliate partners, promoting our affiliate program to them, and effectively managing the on-going relationship with existing partners.

Developing and pro-actively managing a portfolio of affiliate marketing partnerships ensuring you have an in-depth understanding of the financial value of your portfolio Drive growth of existing partners by…
Monitoring and managing Affiliate program activity including new Affiliate recruitment.
Analyzing campaign performance.
Identifying areas of improvement (creative, promotions, consumer journey, etc.).
Presenting ways to increase revenue and drive account growth.
Acquisition, retention, and activation of new affiliates and partnerships Analysis of campaigns, reporting ROI results & devising strategies to grow relationship and enrollment volume Monitoring and analyzing results of all campaigns, including weekly and monthly KPI reports
– Conversion rates optimization Establishing and maintaining strong client relationships through regular contact which will include face to face meetings, telephone, and email communication Working with metrics and data presented in a variety of dashboard reports and spreadsheets
Performs other job-related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.
Required
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL:
5+ years within Affiliate Account Management and Affiliate Marketing Experience with CPA, CPC, CPL, and CPM payment models Strong analytical skills to make fact-based decisions and to document the evidence that led to those decisions Previous online media buying experience Ability to prioritize and manage different projects and priorities simultaneously Ability to function and lead in a team environment A clear understanding of affiliate tracking models, tools, and platforms

PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL:
Established Affiliate relationships Ownership & Driveability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong follow-through and a focus on owning the outcome Influential and Persuasive

Unwavering commitment to transparency, accountability, and driving results for yourself and your team members and stakeholders Experience or familiarity with the topics of information security and data privacy Understanding of subscription models, trials, and premium products Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Bachelor’s degree Preferred Working knowledge of HTML, a plus

DETAILS:
This is a full-time position, salaried, exempt (40+ hours/week).
On-site in our Temecula office, hybrid or fully remote available.
