Advocacy Product Lead Sr Director

nnAdvocacy Product Lead Sr Director is a Leadership position on Diversified Business Group (DBG) Advanced Analytics and Services team focused on creating new member and operational facing advocacy solutions.  This position is responsible for forming and evangelizing the advocacy vision and strategic approach, managing a portfolio, and executing on initiatives and programs focused on solving business problems through the creation of valuable, competitive technology enabled solutions. nn nnFurther, the Advocacy Product Lead Sr Director will be responsible for working collaboratively with a cross-functional team to align with business priorities, establish consistent voice of the customers feedback loops, manage existing solutions, and deliver new solutions to the market at scale.  Over time, this may include managing a nationally located product management team to accomplish these goals. nn nn Primary duties may include but are not limited to:  nn nnWorking closely with business and technology leaders to align investment decisions to short
– and long-term business performance goals – including innovation vectors for formal exploration. Standardizing lifecycle phases of key solution areas and centralizing end to end governance – portfolio management, aligned program increments and associated ceremonies, and solution launches. Tying to internal and external market/ sales planning efforts and building infrastructure to support commercialization and market development activities. Developing and maintaining multi-year product roadmaps across products and segments. Evaluating vendor partners to address solution gaps, building business models for evaluation and program planning, and ensuring technical and operational integration with the selected partner(s).  Working closely with delivery team leads to identify and mitigate risks and to remove barriers related to the execution of initiatives. Facilitating strategic project identification, business modeling, selection, prioritization planning, execution, and monitoring to accelerate business results. Maintaining awareness of industry trends, best-practices, and evolving technologies in order to introduce innovation, delight customers, and ensure cost-effective solutioning. nn nn nn nnQualificationsnn nnBA/BS in related field nn nn7-10 years of experience in product strategy or product management experience or any combination of education and experience providing an equivalent backgroundnn nnExperience with bringing patient navigation or advocacy solutions to the marketnn nnExperience in Healthcare Industry nn nnHighly preferred experience:  nn nnProduct strategy and management experience with technology products or technical solutions which serve both consumers and operational resources.nn nnSolid understanding of member advocacy or navigation space and related vendor marketplacenn nnMBA or MHA preferred nn nnAbility to lead and collaborate with colleagues across a range of experience and technical expertisenn nnAbility to travel ~25% nn nn nn
