Petersburg, Clearwater and surrounding areas in Florida.

Our experienced, professional team stands ready to assist you with affordable coverage and low rate quotes.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Discuss policy coverage questions, explain applicable coverage options, and provide product and service information for all lines of business (e.G., dwelling, auto, umbrella, etc.)Review, compare and research policy renewals, cancellations and underwriting memos to ensure satisfactory completionProcess customer payments by telephone and service other insured billing questionsComplete endorsement and change forms for submissionQuoting personal lines of business in comparative ratersThis description is not meant to be all-inclusive and may be modified from time to time at the discretion of management.Competencies:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Education and/or Experience:High School Diploma or the recognized equivalent is required.Minimum 2 years’ experience in the Personal Lines insurance industry or similar role, required.State of Florida 2-20 or 4-40 Insurance License, required Bi-lingual (Spanish and English) preferred but not required Technology Skills:Possess strong administrative and computing skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)AMS360 Agency Management experience preferred but not required.
