If so, we are currently looking for a Territory Account Manager to join us in our important mission.Position OverviewThe Territory Account Manager effectively implements the company’s sales strategy within a geographically defined marketplace and ensures that sales objectives are achieved and exceeded in a precise and competent manner.
The role continually analyzes the market for business opportunities, evaluates those opportunities and initiates well structured, management approved initiatives that support those opportunities.
The Territory Account Manager provides education and training to physicians and target customers or clinical investigators.
The role is responsible for the service and management of designated accounts.Duties and ResponsibilitiesDeliver top line sales and disposable usage within territory targets by established objectives.Maintain existing business, gain new business and develop long-term partnerships within the industry.Formulate and implement a strategic territory business development plan and assist with the development of approved training programs and materials.Stay current within the market and continually gain market intelligence, customer needs and requirements as well as complaints and use the information to communicate and collaborate with other company colleagues to enhance the user experience.Works on complex issues where analysis of situations or date requires an in-depth evaluation.
Exercises judgement in selecting methods, techniques and evaluations criteria for obtaining results.
Networks with key contacts outside own area of expertise.Acts independently to determine methods and procedures on new or special assignments.
May oversee the activities of others QualificationsTypically requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience and a Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline, or equivalent combination of education and experience.Extensive understanding and ability to manage hospital capital procurement processes and familiarity with GCP’s (Good Clinical Practices).Experience to effectively present/teach detailed technical and clinical information to varied audiences.Must have a proven successful track record in medical device sales and field support with comprehensive electrophysiology ablation experience.Will obtain certification by Acutus as a qualified AcQMasp expert and 3D Mapper.A seasoned, experienced professional with a full understanding of area of specialization; resolves a wide range of issues in creative ways.Founded in 2011, Acutus Medical is headquartered in Carlsbad, CA.
