Account Manager

Account Manager NETSTOCK is a ten-year-old, cloud-based (SaaS) provider of inventory management applications to more than 1,800 customers globally.

Founded in Johannesburg, South Africa, the company has expanded globally with employees across four continents
– North American, Australia, Uk/Germany, and South Africa.

The company recently closed a growth investment from Strattam Capital, and is embarking on an exciting new phase of growth.

This includes aggressive expansion in North America with headquarters in the Boston, Massachusetts.

To support this growth, Netstock is seeking to hire an Account Manager (AM) who will be charged with being the primary contact for some of our 800 clients here in North America.

This position reports directly to the VP of Sales, North America and will be located in the USA.

The role represents a unique opportunity to help NETSTOCK improve their customers’ experience and help grow expansion revenue here in NA.

What You’ll Do: Connect.

Call and meet with NETSTOCK’s Americas customer base and address their needs as it pertains to our software and be the intermediary between them and our internal teams.

Grow.

Many of our customers have NETSTOCK’s starter package which doesn’t include some of our more advanced modules.

You will introduce these modules to them to see if it makes sense for their business to buy and integrate within their environment.

Nurture.

It’s very often that there will be a change in our user base within a company and at these times it will be crucial to understand what that users’ needs are as it pertains to training and or more integration.

This may result in us selling them more professional service hours.

Happiness.

A software is only as good as its being leveraged within an organization and we need to make sure that our software is being utilized to help ensure retention.

Consistent meetings and dialogue throughout the year will help in this effort.

Referrals.

Birds of a feather flock together and NETSTOCK’s customer base are very generous and forthcoming about introducing us to their network so they too can leverage our software to help them streamline their planning needs.

Who You Are: While extensive experience is beneficial, NETSTOCK is open to less-experienced, yet high-potential, candidates who are ready to prove themselves in the AM role.

They may have the opportunity to advance their career to be a front line manager at some point in the future.
