Account Manager

Core Family Office Services/Business Management /

As an Account Manager, you will work closely with the clients and representatives for all personal and business financial and accounting related needs.

You are accountable for working with the team to make sure all deliverables are accurate and timely.

Deliverables include overseeing daily bill pay, budgeting, forecasting, coordinating with the Accounting Manager on financial reporting, and any other financial and personal related projects.

You will also help onboard new clients as we continue to grow.

Successful candidates will need to be extremely detail-oriented, organized, and welcome the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where we are building the firm of the future.

What you bring
Bachelor’s degree coupled with 10+ years of business management experience working on High Net Wealth Individuals Some combination of an advanced degree, designations, and certifications preferred (CPA, CFP, CFA, MBA, etc.) Proficiency in accounting and bill pay software Previous experience with Xero and Bill.com a plus Experienced leading and managing projects and teams across multiple disciplines Comfortable communicating and coordinating details to clients, internal teammates, and external advisors An enthusiastic user of technology to communicate and track details and deadlines Organized, analytical, and detail-oriented Self-motivated and independent yet exhibits a team player attitude Indomitable work ethic and the willingness to work additional hours as needed
