Client Success Manager to join our internal team of Talent professionals.

With a high sense of urgency and flexibility, the incumbent will develop new business accounts, manage current accounts, and work closely with the Talent Management team (not a full desk position).

– look no further The career path for this Senior level role is potential future promotion to the Director of the Client Success team REQUIREMENTS: 2 years of Sales Lead/Management experience (Tech agency preferred) 4 years of Account Manager/Business Development/Sales Mgmt experience (Tech agency preferred) 1 year of Technical Recruiting experience (agency preferred) Able to travel locally to client sites with flexibility to attend after-hours networking events Customer relationship management, consultative, negotiation and persuasion skills Superior communication and presentation skills Strong sense of competition and extremely driven/self-motivated Energetic, high sense of urgency Detail oriented with a proven record of exceeding expectations and delivering excellence Strong ‘whatever it takes’ work ethic and ‘can-do’ personality Ability to work independently, managing multiple priorities and deadlines in a highly collaborative team environment Bachelor’s degree (preferred) You can expect: Uncapped commissions Unlimited industry/national client prospects Base Commission Monthly Bonuses Unlimited PTO 100% paid health Benefits Opportunity for growth with an exciting career path of potential promotion to the Director of the Client Success team
