Title: Contract Manager
Summary: Our client, a leader in the entertainment industry is looking for a Contract Manager with entertainment experience.
This individual will require strong drafting, communication and organizational skills while providing contract and legal support.

Responsibilities:
Draft and negotiate contracts including marketing, vendor services, consulting, licensing, non-disclosure, and other commercial and music industry-related agreements.
Ability to track financial terms and update data in the contract system.
Negotiate and draft client contracts such as : (SOW’s, NDA’s, SaaS Agreements and letters of intent.) Ability to manage the full contract process from start to finish.
Experience managing legal invoicing.
Patent and IP agreement experience.
Requirements:
Must have experience in the entertainment and production industry.
Must have Contract Management experience.
