They’re looking for an Account Director to support their Market Access team + support their forward-thinking and fresh approach to payer marketing!
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the lead point of contact across assigned clients; manage and maintain positive relationships across workstreams
- Provide ideas and insight for company programs to increase the quality of client relations.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve conflict and work creatively
- Mentor, motivate, and manage junior client services staff
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years of account management experience is required.
- Experience within a pharmaceutical advertising or medical communications agency is required
- Market access experience is a plus
- A bachelor’s degree is required; an advanced degree is preferred.
