Our team members provide support to AAA member customers with access to top rated insurance companies, ongoing training and support, empowerment and a strong supportive team, whether you’re new to the insurance business, or have a strong background in serving others, AAA Washington is a great place to develop your career In this role, you will provide coaching and guidance for customer service agents; assist with the coordination of the customer service unit’s daily operations; manage schedule and attendance adherence; and support training and development of customer service agents by providing guidance aimed at driving improved customer loyalty and superior customer service.
If the following describes you:Three to five years experience in customer service including one year direct supervisory experienceProven experience with contact center technologies and practicesMust possess or be able to obtain a Washington State Property and Casualty Insurance licenseKnowledge of industry technologies preferredHigh School diploma or equivalent If this sounds like you, we’d like to have a conversation and get to know you.
This role is a full time position.
Majority of work can be done from home but there may need to be occasional in office presence, home office located in Factoria, Bellevue.
