Summary/ObjectiveAssociate is responsible for learning the total operations of the location.

This includes sales, creating material estimates from blueprints, inventory control, building loads for delivery, loading/unloading freight and maintaining physical location plant.

May require working in a highly precarious place and near moving mechanical parts.

There may be a risk of electrical shock.

The position may be exposed to vibrations, airborne particles or toxic chemicals.Physical DemandsThis position involves frequently standing, walking, use of hands, reaching, talking, listening and writing.

Periodically lifts up to 80 pounds, stoops, crouches.

Rarely sits, climb, balance and crawl.Position Type/Expected Hours of WorkThis is a full-time position.

Hours of work depends on hours of operations, willing to work 48 hours per week.TravelLimited travel is expected for this position.Required Education and ExperienceHigh school diploma or general education degree (GED)Required SkillsExperience working in a team atmosphere.Ability to multi-task in fast paced environment.Previous experience in retail or building industry highly preferred.Must be at least 18 years of age.Must take and pass drug test and consent to a background check.Must take and pass other pre-employment assessments.Work in outdoor / indoor conditions, and ability to load and unload lumber and other building materials with or without reasonable accommodations.Required ExperienceHigh School diploma or general education degree (GED); Bachelor’s Degree preferred; Or two to four years ofequivalent job related experience.
