:Full-time RCM Residential Care Manager Position for our confidential Domestic Violence and Emergency Youth Shelters located in Los Angeles.Shift: This position will cover the full-time overnight 11:30PM-8:30AM Monday Friday Shift.Responsibilities:Position will provide shelter coverage, answer and coordinate hotline calls, crisis intervention and provide support to shelter participants.
Summary of Responsibilities:Document interactions and events.
Answer incoming crisis calls assist with screening and intake of clients.Requirements:High School Graduate,Must Obtain Red Cross CPR and First Aid Certification.Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license and California standard car insurance.
Pass a pre-employment background checkSkills: Ability to work independently and as a team.
Ability to de-escalate crisis situations.
