AccentCare is seeking an Executive Director to join our team of professionals.
We make a difference every day to patients and families coping with end of life illness in creating a center of excellence in hospice care.

Responsibilities: 1.
Inspire your team to make sure every eligible patient and family has access to the care they deserve2.
Connect with community partners and other healthcare settings to reach underserved communities3.
Partner with governing body to ensure hospice follows all applicable Federal, State and Local laws to achieve Quality Assurance initiatives4.
Provide leadership and oversight to support growth through strategic plans in collaboration with the Business Development teams5.
Oversee and manage financial performance and program success by examining KPIs, Retention, Quality, Access and Financial Viability6.
Ensure the hospice offers an individualized plan of care for all patients/families 7.
Lead sites to meet our company commitment to DEI

Invest in professional development of staff and foster a culture of learning10.Inspire employees and contracted providers to own the philosophy, goals, policies and protocols of the organization Qualifications: 1.
Bachelors Degree and/or leadership experience, in a healthcare setting preferred2.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills3.
Working knowledge of computer programs, especially Microsoft Office Suite products and EMR systems4.
Meet the regulations and requirements of the state in which the program provides services.
