AAB rewards hard work and loyalty, with pay raises increasing the longer you stay with us What we’re looking for: VALID DRIVER LICENSEGood driving recordOpen or flexible availability for scheduling (shifts are regularly 8 to 12 hours long)Overtime and night work may be available and requiredFlexibility with last-minute schedule changesEfficient in planning, organizing and safetyKnowledgeable of the current local temporary traffic control standardsATSSA Advanced TCS Certification (preferred)1-2 years of Traffic Control Experience (preferred)NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED What the job consists of: Create a safe work zone that ensures that traffic stays out of the way of the workersMaintain a clean job site: pick up all tools and equipment and secure job site each day Setting up signs, water-filled barricades, etc.
