(ID), a supplier of Lighting Equipment, Trucks and Generators to the Motion Picture, Television, Commercial and Sports Broadcast Industries including Automated Lighting to the Entertainment Television and Corporate markets with offices in California and North Carolina.
Hiring Local CDL Class A Drivers:
– CDL Licensed Drivers needed.
– Full Time.
– Good Knowledge of Electricity including AC & DC power, generators and ability to analyze problems and assist with repairs .
– Minimum 3 Years over the road driving experience required.
– 2 years experience with Diesel Generators and Electrical Distribution.
– Current medical card.
– Opportunity to work with the Movie Industry.
– Clean driving record.
– Ability to make a minor repair.
– Knowledge of customer service standards and procedures.
– Must be able to drive a forklift and trucks.
– Ability to read wiring schematics.
– Ability to troubleshoot and make repairs in the shop and on location.
– Ability to troubleshoot and assist Technical Operations personnel via phone with troubleshooting and listen to repair guidance.
– Ability to supervise and train applicable staff, including organizing, prioritizing and scheduling work assignments.
– Work as a driver and/or generator operator on location.
– Ability to gather data, compile information and prepare reports.
– Skill in organizing resources and establishing priorities.
– Ability to foster a cooperative work environment.
– Ability to develop, plan and implement short and long-range goals.
– Ability to develop and maintain record-keeping systems and procedures.
– Loading and unloading of trucks.
– May be required to make deliveries.
– Required to travel as needed.
