Personal Trainer / Group Fitness Instructor

Must have a Training Certification Meets, greets, and assists members on a daily basis; personal-trains clients; and spots weight lifters by performing the following duties.

Duties and Responsibilities include the following.

Other duties may be assigned.

Gathers information on client’s lifestyle and goals.

Develops specialized programs to fit individual needs.

Assists the client with problem areas through motivation, education, and/or demonstration.

Teaches client a series of exercises, including the correct form, to meet goals.

Educates client on equipment, anticipated results, and any safety precautions.

Promotes lifestyle transformation to health lifestyle.

Provides the client with motivational support to stick with program to reach their goals.

Provides nutritional guidance to clients to ensure their diet supports their physical program.

Offers training classes on specific programs or techniques.

Recommends products or equipment that will help improve the client’s well being.

Assists members and provides continual customer service.
