Responsibilities: Craft engaging daily lesson plans tailored to the online learning environment. Establish and communicate clear learning objectives to foster student growth and development. Curate a diverse range of educational materials to enhance the learning experience. Monitor and assess student performance and progress, providing constructive feedback. Administer and grade assignments, tests, and coursework with attention to detail. Maintain accurate records of student achievements and milestones. Qualifications: Previous experience teaching English in a high school setting is essential. A bachelor’s degree is required, preferably with a focus on philosophy. Certification or licensure in philosophy is mandatory. Preference will be given to candidates with affiliations to renowned educational institutions. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are a must. Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and professionalism. Capacity to manage multiple tasks efficiently with enthusiasm. High level of reliability and flexibility to adapt to evolving needs. Preferred Qualifications: Availability to work Monday through Friday, primarily between 8-11 am or 8-11 pm Eastern Time. Prior experience teaching high school-level mathematics is advantageous. Experience working with international students and teaching online courses is highly valued. Specialized experience in teaching philosophy courses is a plus.
