What you will be doing – Teacher Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist who will be responsible for helping the talent acquisition team source, screen and identify talent for our growing company.

You will assist in all aspects of talent acquisition, working on the high-volume recruitment of our instructor pipeline.

We are looking for a recruiter with a passion for the education industry and creating an exceptional candidate experience.

You will work with a close-knit recruiting team where the focus will be on full life cycle recruiting, while driving recruiting strategies and candidate generation.

The ideal candidate has worked in end-to-end recruiting and understands how to pivot working through different disciplines daily.

Responsibilities – Teacher Talent Acquisition Specialis

  • Support our recruiting processes across all of our departments
  • Conduct large-scale and high-volume recruitment projects in a manner that ensures the effective selection of high quality, diverse new hires
  • Leverages sourcing best practices and methods
  • Develops innovative candidate sourcing strategies and best path forward based on market data and analytics
  • Manages and cultivates talent pipelines for hard to fill positions based on trend analysis and criteria such as function and geography
  • Take ownership of pipelines as it relates to referral, passive, and inbound candidates while partnering closely with hiring partners to own the candidate experience full cycle
  • Proactively collaborate with multiple stakeholders, from senior level leadership to various members of the sales, operations, and People team to ensure a positive candidate experience
  • Ensure an engaging and positive candidate experience at scale
  • Pipeline development for Instructors utilizing social media and other creative sources
  • Attend career fairs and virtual career fairs annually as a brand ambassador
  • Oversee partnerships that drive Instructor quality for hiring 
  • Accountability by tracking relevant metrics and KPIs for pipeline health and activity
  • Proactively suggest process improvements to optimize the hiring experience

Who you Are – Teacher Talent Acquisition Specialist

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 1+ year of experience in the education industry preferred
  • 2-5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition
  • 2+ years of experience with ATS (Greenhouse preferred)
  • Proven success with high-volume recruiting by identifying, engaging, and hiring top talent
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage your work effectively to hit deadlines and hiring goals
  • Demonstrated ability to cultivate strong relationships
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, conflict management, administration, reasoning and decision-making skills
  • Attention to detail, ability to multitask and strong problem solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
