Adjunct Acting Instructor

The Theatre Conservatory of Roosevelt University’s Chicago College of Performing Arts, seeks an experienced, student-centered acting teacher for the fall 2021 semester.

This position will instruct freshmen BFA performance majors in three sections of Fundamentals of Acting at the Chicago campus, each meeting for two hours on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Teaching assignments are offered on a semester-by-semester basis only.

Additional employment may be offered if courses are available and the applicant demonstrates successful teaching methods.

Applicants are expected to have a commitment to excellence in teaching, comfort with working in an environment that fosters diversity, and the ability to use technology effectively in teaching.
