What can you expect ?
Lead sales pursuits in talent assessment and our broader Mettl offerings Collaborate with other professionals and consultants in our broader Career business to identify and drive robust sales opportunities that span our other solutions Represent our Mettl solutions both internally and externally to drive awareness, education and open doors in the market
We will count on you to
Develop assessment strategies, including value differentiators, go-to-market plans and channel management plans for Mercer’s solutions in the practice area Lead business development efforts including the generation of leads and engagement with prospects, build a strong and sustainable business development pipeline Lead proposal shaping, solution design fit to client needs and nurture upselling/ cross-selling client opportunities Support team engagement and well-being, build a high performing team
What You Need To Have
8-10 years’ experience in Sales preferably in HR consulting across various domains such as Talent Management, Assessment, Performance, OD Deep expertise in Talent Assessment, Psychometrics, building upskilling plans and project management Led small and large HR consulting and products sales
