The Inside Sales representatives work with customers to educate them on how to lower energy costs and efficacy in their homes. Warm leads will be provided to ensure a quality work-life balance and the ability to make an impact company-wide. Experience and Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2-years of successful residential inside solar sales experience.
  • This successful candidate will have excellent people skills and be able to demonstrate the value of Solar Power for the Residential Homeowner.
  • Have the ability to grow personal leads
  • Must be self-driven, highly motivated, and able to work with minimal supervision
  • Strong capability to close deals?
  • Ability to work under stress to meet deadlines and quotas?
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask?
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong presentation skills?
  • Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office?
  • Must be a team player and be able to handle a high volume of leads?
  • Must have clean DMV, pre-employment background check, and drug screen
  • Bi-lingual a plus, but not required.

Compensation

  • W2 Base Salary based on experience
  • Uncapped commission and bonuses

Job Requirements:

  • Responsibilities and Duties

    • Giving Sales Presentations to Solar prospects via phone and online conference calls.
    • Educating homeowners on cost-saving and environmental impact.
    • Working with homeowners to make sure they understand pricing and financing options.
    • Converting qualified appointments at a high level.
    • Demonstrating a strong understanding of Solar products, promotions, and sales offerings
