RealREPP, is a full service commercial real estate recruiting firm who is currently teaming with a commercial office owner/developer in Southern California to assist them in hiring for a Senior Property Manager.
This SPM will manage the day-to-day operations of a solely-owned medical office and industrial portfolio totaling just under 1 MSF.

This is a close-knit and stable company who has been in the business for 60 years and is continuing to build out their portfolio and team, including this BRAND NEW position.
Bachelor’s Degree
– preferred 7-10 years of direct commercial property management experience Excellent customer service skills Experience in property management software; Yardi preferred Heavy exposure/background in construction management (i.e., Tenant Improvements, Lobby Renovations, Elevator Modifications, etc.) Must be a team player and have the ability to wear many different hats and prioritize effectively in a fast paced environment.
