Sales Representative – Spider Systems Group (Open to remote candidates)

We are looking for Sales Representative who will be responsible for meeting Systems Group revenue goals by developing solutions based on Spider products and services to new and existing accounts, managing national or multi-national accounts, and promoting positive image of Spider.

Responsibilities

  • Develops and implements short and long-range sales objectives to achieve revenue and profit goals and support Systems Groups strategic growth. Plans strategies for attainment, applies performance standards for measuring success; strives for quality of margin as a base strategy.
  • Directly manages assigned customer accounts and develops relationships at multiple levels and locations.
  • Performs formal product demonstrations on a regular basis – during introductory visits, management presentations, training sessions and to professional organizations.
  • Identifies and manages potential national accounts.
  • Identifies and develops potential target projects to maximize revenue opportunities.
  • Maintains active relationship with all Spider customers and branches to develop brand loyalty and maximize sales potential.
  • Promotes Spider products and services within other BrandSafway company operations.
  • Communicates customer and market information including competition (status and pricing), applications, market conditions, sales support requirements and product performance to Director, Spider Systems Group.
  • Reports weekly on Systems Group conference call, updating sales forecasts, call reports, itinerary, expenses, lost sales and additional information as required.
  • Contributes to development of new product solutions and applications.
  • Participates in developing pricing strategy based on competitive knowledge.

Qualifications

  • BA in Business, Marketing or related, or applicable industry experience.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in sales positions, preferably in the Access industry.
  • Proven sales management capability.
  • Strong Word, Excel and contact management software skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Strong business writing skills.
