Sales Representative

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of prior sales experience and will thrive in a fast-paced environment.

The Sales Representative will identify potential customer leads, cold call, gain appointments and execute a sales funnel process through close.

Read on to learn more about the position!< /p><P>< B>Where you can shine:< /b></p> <Ul><Li> Represent PeopleReady inassigned territory, accounts, or verticals to satisfy all customer staffing needs.< /li><Li> Engage with local branchteams to ensure that our customers’ orders are filled with the talent they need.< /li><Li> Assist local Branch Managers with penetration and retention selling for existing customers.< /li><Li> Closes orders and ensureproper documentation is complete.< /li><Li> Ensures sales growth through aggressive market strategies and account development.

Hit sales targets in both revenue and profitability.< /li><Li> Maintain the customer relationship throughout the sales process and during service delivery.< /li><Li> Build and utilize sales funnels along with tracking to help with reporting.< /li><Li> Maintain customer relationships throughout the sales lifecycle, where you will be the single point of contact.< /li><Li> Maintain a high level ofvisibility and communication with the customer to help ensure we’re providing exceptional customer service.< /li><Li> Forecast business on a rolling six-month cycle and manage the GAP between forecast and target.< /li><Li> Embrace the Counselor Sales Process (CSP) as a selling methodology.< /li><Li> Embrace our culture principles: We Are Customer Obsessed, We Do the Right Thing, We Stand Together, We Reimagine What is Possible, and We are a Force for Good.< /li></ul> <P><B> What you bring to the table:< /b></p> <Ul><Li> 3+ years related sales experience; Bachelor’s, associate degree; or equivalent combination of education and experience< /li><Li> Will have managed a sales portfolio of at least $2.5M per annum< /li><Li> Sales experience in one or more blue collar vertical markets< /li><Li> Functional knowledge of Federal and State Human Resources regulations< /li><Li> Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions, and make decisions< /li><Li> Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, proportions, and percentages.< /li><Li> Valid driver’s license< /li><Li> Self-motivated with the ability to deliver on stretch targets< /li><Li> Ability to identify and delivery on key business priorities< /li><Li> Process driven with a systematic approach to improving sales< /li><Li> Strong on execution witha level of ownership and accountability< /li><Li> Ability to inspire trustand confidence through sound judgement and leadership< /li><Li> Collaborative style thatencourages participation and inspires high performance< /li><Li> Strong communication skills and the gift of persuasion.

Ensures all channels of communication are leveraged to drive seamless results and to build strong relationships – both internally and externally< /li><Li> Bilingual language skills a plus< /li><Li> Ability to work autonomously< /li><Li> Proficient in using MS Office, Excel and PowerPoint< /li></ul> <P><B> Work environment & physical demands:< /b></p> <P>Employee is frequently required to stand, walk, sit, talk, and/or hear for long periods of time.

The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move 50 pounds.< /p><P>Extensive local travel required within territory.

Valid driver’s license and good safety record required for driving to locations.
