The Sales Planning Analyst will play a critical role on the Sales Analytics team by providing ongoing analytical support. This position will work with sales, product, manufacturing, and marketing teams and is responsible for Sales demand planning and analysis for a segment of the wholesale channel providing fact-based insights to track current initiatives and identify trends to drive internal and external strategies. Qualities include strong fundamentals in sales demand forecasting and data trend analysis to evaluate business opportunities and to provide strong forecasts.
Salary
$80000 – $105000 USD per year
Required Skills
- Experience with Salesforce CRM administration or like platform for reporting/planning
- Experience with forecasting software and models
- Experience with sales demand planning teams and/or procurement partners
- Well organized and able to handle multiple projects
- Strong research, data analysis, and modeling skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams
- Ability to manage tasks and work under deadlines while producing a high-quality result
- Advanced user Skills of Microsoft Office, especially Excel. VBA experience a plus
- Proficiency of the English language, verbal and written format
Desired Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Business, or 5 years of relevant experience
- 4 years of related consumer packaged goods analytics work experience required
- Knowledge of Retail Math Analytics required
- Must have strong analytical skills, collaboration, attention to detail, initiative and be results oriented
